Preamble

Whereas the First Party and the Second Party own half of the land plot number (***), the basin number (**), the monastery and the building on it located in Al-Fuhais, in accordance with the registration bond, whereas the Second Party requires from the First Party in lieu of fair rental value, the Article of Lawsuit No. (2023/189) before the Court of First Instance in As-Salt. Also, he requires the Removal of Common Ownership of the above-described property number (****/**) Committee for the Removal of Common Ownership in As-Salt. In addition, the Second Party requires from the First Party in lieu of fair rental value of his property share starting from the date **/**/**** until its date. Whereas the First Party desires to buy the share of the Second Party in the above-described land plot and building, the two parties have agreed and acknowledged that they are qualified to contract and act based on the following:

• The preamble of this agreement is an integral part of it, and it has to be read with it and with any item of its items constantly.
• Both parties have agreed that the Second Party sells his share of the land plot number (***), the basin number (**), the monastery and the building on it located in Al-Fuhais, in accordance with the registration bond, to the First Party.
• Both parties have agreed that the First Party pays to the Second Party in lieu of fair rental value for his share in the building based on the land plot number (***), the basin number (**), the monastery and the building on it located in Al-Fuhais, in accordance with the registration bond.
